About the Show
Beyond Business was created in 2019 by Alex Maffei, Eugenio Massini and Alessandra Paoloni after meeting at the Polytechnic of Turin. Their aim was (and still is) to tell interesting stories for youngsters passionate about entrepreneurship, and who are getting closer to their first job. We have conversations with managers, students, professors, and entrepreneurs to explore the international and Italian business environment, and inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs.
Today, we are a team of 10 (3 of which study at ESCP Business School) working on improving Beyond Business every day. In every season, we look for the most interesting stories on business and entrepreneurship and we share them with you. We’re not interested only in the big names and the big companies: if you have an interesting story, we want to hear it.
